Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our school – Lycée Albert Camus – has definitely opted for a more open relationship with the world. Indeed a two-year post-A-level diploma in International Trade is offered to our students as part of their curriculum. For their diploma, they are required to have work experience in a foreign company. An 8-week work experience period is a compulsory part of their course to improve their language skills and use them for practical purposes. It also offers them more international exchange opportunities. We are already involved in European projects such as Leonardo scheme, Erasmus with the charter obtained in 2007 and Erasmus + in 2014. For many years now, we have been actively looking for partners and have built strong relationships with two different schools in Spain. One of them has the Erasmus + charter, so we can set up study mobility schemes. Since 2008, about 10 students have been participating each year in a 2-month work placement within the framework of this scheme. And, then again each year, one or two students participate in a study mobility scheme for 3 months at Ies Ribeira Do Louro in Spain each.
