Higher education student and staff mobility project

The aim of the project was to improve the work quality of Bialystok School of Economics. The goal has been achieved by employeesparticipating in foreign mobilities. During the visits our staff increased professional qualifications. Employees were able to get to know modern and innovative teaching methods and manage an educational institution. It allowed to achieve the main goal of the project i.e. better work quality of the institution and better international cooperation.Two university teachers were planned to participate in the project but only one educator did. It was a longtime teacher (PhD), who raises professional skills, uses the acquired knowledge in Bialystok School of Economics and shares the experience with other teachers.
