Higher education student and staff mobility project

Five mobilities were realized in a framework of project 2014/2015 (staff mobility for training between Programme Countries in two universities). Staff which took part in the projekt has had a long-term experiences in our school and experiences in management in high education area. It helped in realization of assumed goals. In financial agreement was signed 4 mobilities but we succeed to increase the effectiveness of mobility (growth the number of mobilities) among other things by moving, for this purpose, the part of sources from organization support (OS). The first mobility travel (3 persons - staff for training) was realized to ISCEM (School of Business Communication) in Lisboa, in Portugal (06 -10.07.2015). The next mobility travel (2 persons - staff for training) was realized to CULS (Czech University of Life Sciences Prague) in Prague, in Czech Republic (26 - 28.08.2015). The mobilities were oriented towards continuation of cooperation with partners we?ve developed good professional practices, effective activities and the international cooperation. At the same time we searched for a new partners with innovative systems of education and programmes adapted to the needs of labour market which cooperating with business in an active way. Our priority is cooperation with foreign higher education institution which realize the similar programmes with practical profile and demonstrating the quality of education on the high level. The goals signed in financial agreement with NA and in Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) were implemented . At the same time completely was realized the quantitative goal to use financial sources granted in agreement. On the other hand the difference in comparison with financial agreement concerns the quantitative goals in particular categories. 2 staff mobilities for training and 2 staff mobilities for teaching were planned in agreement. Students mobility was not planned. However due to the accepted strategy of our school, the goal is the transformation of BWS im. J. Tyszkiewicza, was made a decision to realize only staff mobility for training. The experiences and observed good practices gained in partners universities were necessary to realization of this undertaking in effective and efficient way. The important was the improvement of education quality and the joint work in programmes creation. At the same reason students mobility (on the application stage) was no planned. The results of project is among other things the creation of a new specialisation in Management area: The Innovative Communication in Business. The project positively affected better management of education quality ? accepting the good practices, in compliance with our school strategy. Good practices was used in updating of Quality Book. The experiences of partner universities was used in planning the activities of BWS in academic year 2015/2016 in area of cooperation with business partners to make studies more practical. The results of project was presented on session of University Senate, on session of Programme Council - Management faculty , on meetings with teachers and on Facebook. Long-term benefits is further planned cooperation with partners universities due to continuation of previous activities, evaluation of joint projects and good cooperation.
