Another aim were to exchange skills in teaching and scientific findings. In addition to this, new scientific topics were to be identified in the field of Security managent in order to apply for grant together. Doc. Ing. arch. Vladimíra Šilhánková, Ph.D. - 7.4. - 11.4. 2015 - SK NITRA 02. The aim was to give lectures as well as individual consultations on issues such as environmentally firendly tourism and strategic management in relation to climate changes.Another aim was to identify common scientific topics . Regarding Staff mobility for training, 1 of the 1 planned actions has been carried out: Ing. Blanka Frýbová - 11.5. - 14.5. 2015--SK NITRA 02.The aim of the stay was to exchange skills and experience in the field of management and every-day practice within the Study departement agenda and then to improve related managing and controling processes at CRD. Within Student mobility for traineeship and Student mobility for studies, none of the 2 planned actions has been carried out due to the low interest of students in longer-term stays. This situation occurred because of a specific actual structure of students (most of our students are parents or full-time working) which can be considered exceptional and temporary. In general, all mobility actions have had a very positive impact on the overal development of the College, specifically in the field of teaching, scientific research and publication activities. During the project, new long-term partnerships were establised both on the personal and institutional basis, and brought significant results in the form of new publications, organized conferences, project proposals, etc. Meanwhile, there was a significant improvement in organisation and management within the study department, department of foreign relations and other departments of the College. The exchange of experience, skills and methods was an important factor of the improvement.
