The decision of European Commission was that Staropolska Szkola Wyzsza w in Kielce received the Erasmus+ Charter (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education - ECHE) for the period 2014-2021, authorizes to the implementation of the activity in the frame of Erasmus +. ECHE number: 224 713-LA-1-2014-1-EN-E4AKA1-Echea. Accordingly, the Institution annually applies for a grant under the Erasmus + funding for a project realization containing measures targeted at institutions of higher education in the following categories: mobility of students (studies and apprenticeships) and staff (departure in order to carry out the teaching and training) of higher education. The mission of the Staropolska Szkola Wyzsza in Kielce is to create in ?wi?tokrzyskie region a strong educational center dealing with the transfer of knowledge into practice and creating regional and local development, to create in Eastern Europe, an educational center that would allow learning to take not only Polish citizens, but the so-called near abroad, especially in regions where School works, preparation of personnel to perform the tasks of management and service in the conditions of modern, integrated European economy and fulfilling cultural role, maker of entrepreneurship and social activities, integrating the economic environment and initiating pro-European project; teaching staff education and therapeutic for needs of the region. An important element of the above mission is a broad international cooperation in particular all activities related to the operation of the Erasmus +. In addition, the School through support for mobility of students, academic staff, creating a modern teaching programmes adjusted to the requirements of the modern labor market contributes to promoting the European dimension of higher education. One of the key objectives and actions which is committed to Staropolska Szkola Wyzsza in Kielce in the context of the internationalization of the education process is to support student mobility within Erasmus + in the implementation of part of their studies in partner institutions of higher education and training abroad in selected and tested primarily in terms of caring for quality foreign companies. The university now has more than 60 partners, who constitute a strong position at the same time offer the implementation of the mobility of students and teaching staff. Goals which are committed to the School in the context of the Erasmus + are the following: the annual implementation of international mobility projects, increase the number of students going to college and foreign practices while maintaining the highest care and quality in accordance with the provisions of the program, intensification of cooperation with foreign partners, leading to offering joint programs , research, student and staff mobility, and broadening cooperation with renowned universities in the world which educate the fields of education profiles consistent with the School. The introduction of new specializations, which could be implemented jointly with partner universities. In subsequent years it is expected to maintain this policy in view of the increasing interest of foreign students taking science at Polish universities and the interest of Polish and foreign students scholarships abroad, with a particular focus different directions offered by Staropolska Szkola Wyzsza in Kielce. One of the pillars of the Erasmus + is the exchange of academic staff in which teachers can carry out trips to foreign partner universities in order to carry out teaching or training purposes, taking part in workshops, exchange of experience, improvement of teaching methods, etc. Personnel Administration also has the opportunity to go the Erasmus program + to improve their skills and qualifications, or participation in training. The university also hosts professors and academic staff from partner institutions. Teachers and administrative staff are encouraged to gain experience in conducting activities outside as well as skills and qualifications. Besides, they can take part in preparatory visits aimed at attracting new partners: institutions or universities to cooperate in the area of mobility. An important aspect of international cooperation in the framework of the Erasmus + are guest lectures by teachers and representatives of other partner institutions of StSW as well as the opportunity to realize part of their studies by foreign students in StSW. By participating in Erasmus + StSW can fully realize and achieve the results of his strategic objectives set. Students and teaching staff through their mobility is not only pursuing its personal and professional development, but his attitude and quality measures contributes to the development of StSW and places it among the Universities of high standard of education.
