We started the project on June 1st 2014 with the objectives: - for students, especially in first cycle, to use the opportunities to be trained in enterprises abroad, which strenghtens cooperation between higher education institutions and the labor market and improves the quality and relevance of higher education, - to raise flexibility in education process by developing new opportunities for personalized study routes within partners in faculty's network, - to expand Faculty's network of cooperating institutions and bring new opportunities for research and development, exchange of practice, innovation and implementation of new project ideas within international network, - to gain new learning and teaching methods and willingness to integrate best practices and new methods in everyday activities, - to enable transfer of knowledge and raising the quality of professional competences and stimulate creativity, - to raise the level of foreign language proficiency, - to strengthen multi-cultural understanding, - to promote our institution, - to enhance motivation and satisfaction in the daily work or study. In our project 6 students took part in the mobility - 2 for study and 4 for traineeship. 1 female, 5 male. All long term activities. They attended universities, institutes and private enterprises. We set up agreements with partners and participants and advised participants regarding practical arrangements... We encouraged students to take the Online Language System (OLS) tests and courses. During the implementation of the mobility activities, we advised students and staff with the procedures and give practical information on demand. Our Commision for international relations evaluates the activities and proposes to the dean the formal recognition of completed study/traineeship mobility activities in the final record of students achievement. All satisfactory completed study/traineeship mobility activities of students are included in the final record of students yearly achievements according to the awarded ECTS credits and also in the Diploma Supplement. Achievements of faculty's institution staff and students involved in mobility projects are measured also within strategic plan. All achievement were also reported on the Faculty's web page and in the Faculty's monthly e-magazine. All participants had shown satisfaction with the mobility experience and reported about new gained knowledge, competences and better English language proficiency. All participants were encouraged to share their experiences on study and working abroad with the blogging activities and social media posts from their perspectives of working and studying abroad, which they did to some extent. Staff shared their newly gained knowledge and skills with students and collegues, mostly in oral presentations and staff meetings. Staff extended their professional network and quite some scientific papers were written in collaboration with new contacts made on the mobility. Also a new research project consortium arrose and they applied for financing on EU call.
