1.Context and background: We are a High School for Language Mediators and we train future mediators with the following working languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, Chinese and Portuguese. The experience of Erasmus mobility is therefore extremely important for our students both for their professional and linguistic training. For them it is interesting to practice the language they are studying and getting in touch with the culture of this language, and above all, the point on which we insist very much , to be formed as European citizens. It is essential for them also to enter in a European university dimension. Concerning teaching, strong thrust is also given to teaching staff mobility, in order to establish relationships that can create new projects. Our students are directed to France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Estonia. 2. Number and profile of participants: We had 25 mobility of students for study and 1 mobility for teaching staff. The students were selected in the 3rd year of the 1st cycle. The teacher of translation played a mobility in the second semester for teaching audiovisual translation. 3. Description of the activities undertaken: We presented the Erasmus program and the call of the a.a.14 / 15, through an informative meeting with all the students of the 2nd year. The selection of students was carried out by Erasmus coordinators + through the following criteria: - Number of tests carried out - Average exam marks - Motivation of EU project "Small store on Europe" * *The Erasmus coordinators launched the "Small store on Europe" to be built with the students candidates for mobility Erasmus +. Following a critical reading the most compelling and still current had been selected to constitute a body offered on our web page. The final editing was carried out by a student of the Master of Science in Human and Social Sciences of the University of Zagreb, during her placement mobility Erasmus+ for the training provided by her syllabus. The ratings of selection, published on the website in March 2014, was the instrument to define the prioritiesfor destination. All students who submitted lived. 21 students left in the first semester and four in the second. Before leaving the student has discussed and signed with the coordinators the Learning Agreement (LA). The chief administrative /financial officer prepared the financial Agreement Student / Institute and the documentation that has been signed by both parties. During mobility coordinators have supported students in the changes of the LA prepared and signed it. After returning were carried out activities for administrative practices to balance Erasmus contribution and for the recognition of credits and the conversion of grades, through an individual interview with the coordinators. 4. Result and expected impact: Students coming back improved their language skills, their knowledge of the culture of the host country and their ability to relate in different parts of the world. All courses taken by our students in mobility are recognized both in terms of credits and in terms of evaluations and are reported in the original language, in the Diploma Supplement. 5. Long-term benefits: The students coming back have developed a language improvement and acquisition of new soft skills, but also the ability to network and to have contacts in Europa. All this facilitates a future mobility.
