Project´s background: This proyect have filled the line developed by this institution since 2006 in relation with student and staff mobility activities within Erasmus program (PAP), improving the resources and new imputs of the new Erasmus`+ program. The insitution has 500 students, 107 teaching staff and 7 administrative staff. WIth the backgroud of the Erasmus program we have set new strategies to improve the management and develope of the Project, (new collaborative team to help the coordinator, new website and publicity and internal promotiom of the activities developed. We have renewed the previous interinstitutional agreements and we have signed other agreements with new institutions to have a wide action withing other countries of the program Objectives: - Develope international bilateral agreements with other european instituions - Participate in events related with organization, develope and cooperation on tghe field of the Higher Musical Education in - Promote the participation of the educative community on cultural activities at international level. - Encourage the student and staff mobilitie as a way to increase the enployabiity - Increase the number of mobilities Number and participant´s profile. The selection process of the beneficiaries is based on the equal opportunities principles. The total numbre of mobilities is 16. The profile of the participants, on the staff mobilities , we have tried to encourage the first time participation, being this one of the 20%.of total. The student´s mobility, the most part of them they are in their 3rd year of studies, one prior to finish them and the duraction of the moblity is 2 semesters on the most cases. . Activities´s description: The goal of the proyect is mobility of students and staff. The student´s mobilities has been for studies only due to our study plan with no external traineehips. The staff mobilities has been divided in teaching mobilities (6 participants) and formation mobilities (1 participant) Impacts results gained and benefits of the long term About the results, the impression on behalf the individual satisfaction of the participants is very positive. We have stronged the relations with the partner institutions and we have created new agreements. On the indiviual level. the participants have increased their linguistic level, thay have get a great level of knowing of foraigne educational sistems due to the long staying mobilities. On the long term is espected this mobilities could improve the perspective study view and emproyability of the particcipants. To the staff, tghe benefits on the long term are in relation with the enlage of their profesional network and possibilities of collaboration in cultural international events. Also this mobilities have an impact on the internationalization of the institution
