Higher education student and staff mobility project

In Zaragoza city, IES Avempace develops three high vocational training of the professional family Socio-Cultural Services and for the Community. After several years developing European projects, we are within the Erasmus + KA103 mode allowing us to make student placement mobility and mobility for staff training. The goals we set are: -To improve the employability of our students -To get better teacher training -To Promote innovative methods -The Use of new technologies -To improve the level of linguistic competence of our students -To Train on respect for diverse cultures. This course have been involved in mobility program: Two students of CFGS Child Education in Cork (Ireland) Two students from CFGS Sociocultural Animation in Amsterdam (Netherlands) One student recently graduated in the previous course in Technician in Socio-Cultural in Toulouse (France) A foreign language teacher in a training period in a kindergarten in Cork (Ireland). 1. Reception of students from Germany (Syke), Netherlands (Groningen) and France (Toulouse), housing aid, monitoring of students, exchanges with teachers from Toulouse ... 2. Organization of the practices of our students: Search Companies, signing training agreements, insurance underwriting, managing language courses online, housing assistance, monitoring and evaluation practices... 3. Follow-up visit to the students of Cork and search for new business 4. Publication of articles related to Erasmus + on our website. RESULTS: They have been very satisfactory, largely being fulfilled the objectives. The students have known other ways of working, both those who have had their Erasmus+ experience as the rest of the students who have known the experience and has met young from other countries who have shared some moments with us. The Erasmus+ experience is very motivating to try to improve the foreign language level and knowledge of other cultures, opening the minds of our students and promoting respect between them.
