The High School “Prado de Santo Domingo” (IES PdsP) is a public Secondary Education Institute located in the city of Alcorcon that provides education to over 1.000 students in compulsory secondary education, high school diploma and vocational training in both undergraduate and higher degree. We can say that both the teachers and the management team treasure a long experience in organizing student mobility; this reason encourages our Education Center to promote mobility projects. + Erasmus is in line to encourage and motivate our students. That will allow us to train more qualified professionals who can respond adequately to the demand of productive sectors related to vocational studies offered. In current economical-professional scenario, one of the biggest handicaps workers may face to access a quality job is the lack of employability. As a consequence one of the main necessities detected in the vocational training students is their employability related to flexibility. They should increase their language skills and deepen their knowledge of the labor market in order to better adapt to the demand for it. These necessities are mainly covered through the experience provided by participating in Erasmus + mobility project. On one hand they get used to handling a language other than their own and secondly know the labor situation in a European country which undoubtedly will make them more aware of the opportunities that the European labor market offers them in terms of employment and training. We have sent two students from the Telecommunications and Computer Systems cycle to two companies in Ascoli Piceno, Maggia Informatica y Mobility srl. The experience was very positive and the students largely met their expectations. The mobility include the performance of 13-week FCT module (placements) in a European company with the objective of complete training, assess the knowledge acquired at school , improve their language skills and promote their employment , either in the country where they develop the Erasmus + experience or in any other European country where Erasmus 's experience is well considered by improving their CV. We have an agreement between the Comunidad de Madrid in the companies where the students make their placements and the annex signed by the company and the Educative Centre. The students get a certificate from the company. Erasmus + is very well considered Project in our institute and have the support of the educative community and the interest of the students. Some years the external conditions beat our expectative.
