Mobility project No 2014-1-LT01-KA103-000114 for higher education students and staff, implemented in 2014-2015 by Vilniaus kolegija, aimed at strengthening of institutional internationalisation via students' international studies and/or internships and short term staff teaching and/or training assignments. The total number of participants was 275: 189 mobile students and 86 staff members. The main results achieved: increased students' intercultural awareness, teamwork, independent learning, problem-solving, planning skills; improved teachers' professional knowledge and skills, learned good practices, created and extended professional networks. In long terms the project strengthened international cooperation with partner institutions.
