The multilingual island space surrounding the academy(regional education authority) invites in the dispensation of a steady international training(formation). This universe at the same time English speaker, Spanish-speaker and Portuguese-speaker offers besides a considerable opportunity for the enrichment of the language skills of the pupils and their awakening to the culturalité multi-. It is thus possible to us to register us in projects European. It is a question of taking advantage of it through the following actions(shares): - make a largest number of staff and pupils reach to make company internships abroad matched by certifications in languages(tongues). - favor virtual and physical exchanges and long-lasting partnerships with our European partners So, the international opening makes left the axis 4 of our project of establishment. This opening will allow the staffs, to open to their environment and taken advantage so of our geographical position favored within the Caribbean: a bridge(deck) between Europe and Americas. his project concerned 02 students of BTS(TWO-YEAR TECHNICAL DEGREE) of the sector(network) Public works. They have to make a training course in occupational environment of 8 weeks, in a civil engineering firm situated in the South of England, Bounemouth. 02 teachers also benefited from a linguistic training of fifteen days approximately in a training center of Bournemouth. The objectives: This training course represents for both students, one time of information and training aiming at: - Discover the business world by participating completely in its activities, - Deepen(Fathom) and put into practice acquired technical and professional skills or in the course of acquisition, - Inquire, inform and report the acquired experience by the writing(editorial staff) of a structured internship report and assure(insure) its defense in the face of(in front of) a jury, - Deepen(Fathom) the language(tongue), - Discover other methods of work, - Discover international standards, - Adapt itself to other modes of life professional, cultural and human This period of internship(training course) will also insure them, a better guarantee as for a pursuit(continuation) of study in professional license(Bachelor's degree) and will improve their employability. The realized activities: The persons in charge of the civil engineering firms of Bournemouth showed a lot of reluctance at the idea of hiring young trainees without reality experience(experiment) in the field of the Public works. The professional objectives saw again(revised) of the being. And we agreed with the person receiving benefits(provider) to fit out differently 08 weeks: 1 week of linguistic training(formation) and 7 week of internship(training course) in companies to make activities of finishings there. The teachers for their part benefited from an enriching linguistic training(formation). The results(profits) and the impact reached(affected): This internship(training course) allowed the bénéficiares to reach partially their goal, they were able to: ? To Widen their skills regarding implementation of activity of the second works, ? Discover and to experiment in real situation, within teams experimented by the other technologies and the other materials in the field of the construction. - Culturally and linguistics they discovered the reality of the Anglo-Saxon culture: ?
