In the context of a profound transformation of the welfare state model inherited from after World War II, political and social intervention methods focus important issues for the future of European societies. In this context, as a manager of an institution of higher education of social work, ADSCI considers that the mobility of social work students and faculty should be promoted. Indeed, the discovery of social and educational policies and contexts and social intervention methods implemented in other European countries can enrich the quality of the training of social workers, as well as the thoughts and actions will lead the future of social professionals. This is why this project envisages the possibility for ADSCI’s students to perform mandatory work placements to obtain state diplomas in a European country. The possibility for teachers and researchers of ADSCI to participate in professional and scientific training of students trained in the European institutions of higher education is part of the same desire to internationalize the social work training implemented by our institution. Therefore, this project planned for the period the mobility of 8 second year Educators specialized training as part of their professional training and of 5 permanent staff members.
