Context and precedents: This projetc responds to the internationalisation strategy of the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo. It aimed to promote the international mobility of our students and teaching and no teaching staff under the Key Action 103, providing a continuity to the previous existing projects under the Long Learning Project wich was running in our institution since the call 2008/09. Objectives: Following the general objectives of the Erasmus+ programme, as well as following our international strategy, the main goal of this project was the promotion of the international mobility for learners and staff of our Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo carried out with the next setted targets: - To contribute to the internasionalisation and modernasation of our institution - To promote the mutilateral qualitative and quantitative cooperation. - To offer a better formative skills to our students. - To strengthen the teaching skills of our teaching staff updating the knowledge of teaching and no teaching staff. - To put the recent graduates and the staff towards the opening of new professional possibilities. - To procure the knowledge and developement of new educational and formative practices related to the music and arts field. Number and profile of participants: Concerning the outgoing mobility, the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo has sen a total of 41 participants, without regarding if they were financed or not by pur institution, while the incoming mobility rose to 26 participants. Taking into account all organized mobilities during the period of the project they were 68 participants, distributed as follows: Incoming mobilities: 26 participants Students - 7 Teaching Staff - 19 Outgoing mobilitiies: 41 participants Students - 21 Teaching Staff - 20 The participants profile responds to the specifications mentioned in the section number 6. To achieve these mobilities we had the collaboration of other 30 partner institutions in 13 countries. Those institutions have kindly contributed to our goals, either hosting our choosen students or agreeing in organizing the proposed teaching activities of our staff and sendig to us also their proposals. : GERMANY 2, AUSTRIA 4, BELGIUM 1, ESTONIA 1, FRANCE 2, ITALY 31, LITHUANIA 4, THE NETHERLANDS 8, POLAND 1 PORTUGAL 4, UNITED KINGDOM 1, ROMANIA 1, TURKEY 7 Obtained results and impact, as well as expected benefits: Concerning the students, we observed the next results: - Increase of motivation. - Increase of academic performances, as well as the technical and musical skills. - Acquisition or improvement of language skills. - Enhancement of the students' position in the international labour market. - Upswing of the students' self-worth. Concerning the teaching staff, we observed the next results: - Enhancement of the teaching motivation. - Improvement of the language skills. - Increase of the knowledge and understanding of other schools or techniques in foreign institutions. - Improvement of the access to the international professional activities. - Upswing of the teachers' self-worth. Concerning the institution, we observed the next results: - General improvement of our students' and teachers' internationalization. - Modernisation as well as a up to date of the current educational offer. - General improvement of our institutional visibility among the other Higher Institutions having a partnership with our institution. - Enlargement of institutional partnerships. - A boost and strengthening of our previous partnerships. - Increasement of the interest from other institutions to iniciate collaborative projects with our institution. In the long term, we hope to obtain the next benefits: - to offer a enriched teaching experience to our incoming and outgoing students. - to strengthen our institutional presence in all musical and artistic education fields. - to boost the international partnerships to offer joint degrees and join 2nd cycle itineraries. - to promote the necessary inter institutional agreements enabling us to develop and contribute with the musical research development in our institution. - to contribute to increase the needed agreements enabling our students tointegrate the international labour artistic market. - to promote the presence of our staff in those international events aiming the improvement of the teaching knowledge and teaching skills related with the specialisations tought in our institution.
