IBS International Business School is an international Higher Education Institution. Befitting to our name, internationalisation is a major focus point in our strategy through student and staff mobility, faculty exchanges, research collaboration and co-operation in education/research oriented projects and organisational management and development. By now we are proud to say that over 50% of our student body is international. Internationalisation is present in all facets of our activities. The Erasmus+ programme provides support and funding for the internationalization of our academic programmes by funding student/staff/faculty mobility and training. Within the framework of staff mobility our staff members are able to learn about best practices in our partner institutions and exchange their experience and methods. Our faculty members visiting partner institutions and participating in their teaching programme can also expand their knowledge-base and get familiar with teaching methodology, while our staff members may get acquainted with quality assurance methods and programme management. Student mobility enables us to be truly international in our educational programme. The participation of around 80 European students in our educational and social scenes provides a lively, multicultural experience. More and more students choose to go on Erasmus traineeship where they acquire international working and living experience that has long-term influence on their career development and goals.
