The motivation for the CFSA Hubert Curien in participating in this project is to reinforce in the training of our apprentices and improve their access to employment and career development.
This project is also part of the various recommendations of the Engineering Diploma Commission (ITC) for the "Energy, Risk and Environment" training in partnership with INSA Centre Val de Loire, which imposes a 2-month mobility period abroad.
1 apprentice left 2 months in a company in England to work on missions related to his professional knowledge as Quality Engineer.
This exprience allowed him to reinforce his language skills in English and to discover other quality systems and business processes in a foreign company.
