The aim of the project is to create mobility for students and staff and other stakeholders in order to acquire international experience. The overall objectives of the project were for students to gain international experience, partly from living in a different cultural environment and partly through the different learning and teaching encountered. International experience, does not only enhance students' CV's and makes them more employable after graduation, but it also provides them with the opportunity for personal development and valuable international networking. With regard to staff/lecturer mobility, in addition to sone of the above objectives, there is the additional benefit of professional development for teaching, admin and/or educational organisation and management. Participants in the project comprised 110 students and 9 staff. All provided positive feedback, highlighting their improvement in cultural awareness, better language skills, self confidence, personal and professional development. With regard to Erasmus+, during the year in question we have focused on developing and consolidating our institutional partners, expanding mobility opportunities for outbound and inbound students and staff, and ensuring the maximum level of diversity with regard to ethnicity, gender and special needs. We have met and in some cases exceeded all of our targets. .
