Under the recommendation of the guideline and best practices of French high health authority (HAS -December 2012) for healthcare education, simulation is a pedagogical way to reach quality care and patient safety. The French curriculum for nursing education is under the law: arrête du 31 juillet 2009. Which explain contain and manner to obtain bachelor in nursin. In this law teachers have to use simulation for clinical practices in order to answer to the HAS guideline:” never practice the first time on a patient “. This innovative pedagogy is based on learning through experience and reflective practice. Henallux the Belgian high school is a partner of ifsi Laxou since the Implementation of the French training program in 2009.. Henallux: has a virtual hospital that allows practice on health simulation.. Three teachers from our institution Ifsi de laxou had being 5 days in Belgium in order to perfect the competencies in this pedagogical method of teaching nursing practices They benefit from an education in three different laboratories: intensive care, emergency and medical communication The main goal of this mobility of teachers is to develop competencies in simulation ijn nursing curricula. French Teachers have practiced under the supervision of Belgian teachers 8:00 hours courses to nursing students of specialty emergency (SIAMU) These three teachers have being teachers in simulation before the mobility. They had obtained this qualification in the CPD case.
