Higher education student and staff mobility project

The school has implemented a project Learning mobility in the sector of Higher Education. The aim of the project was the implementation of student mobility (study, practice), employees ’mobility (training) and academic teachers’ mobility (teaching classes) to the Programme Countries in accordance with the principles of the Charter of Erasmus for Higher Education. The total contracted amount of mobility was scheduled to 10, which included 1 trip for a student to study, 4 student mobilities for apprenticeship, 2 academic mobilities to carry out teaching and 3 faculty mobilities for training purposes. With the contracted number of mobilities the School was able to achieve 4: 2 student mobilities for apprenticeship to the Programme countries and 2 academic mobilities to conduct classes in one of the Programme Countries. The result of the project was to improve the language skills of the participants, to gain knowledge and transfer of knowledge in a particular areas, acquire skills and their transfer in a particular field. Students repeatedly confirmed that mobilities have increased their value on the international labor market by raising key competences and skills. Lecturers in turn have established a long-term cooperation with partner universities in terms of continuity of guest lectures and implementation of research, it was stressed that the quality and innovation in terms of conducting classes have increased, through international cooperation, also communication in foreign language has improved.
