Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

The University College HENALLUX has been participating to the Erasmus program for many years now and has built a large and solid range of partnerships as well inside the EU as outside the EU. By signing the Erasmus charter the HENALLUX has confirmed that his participation to the program is definitely part of its modernization and internationalization strategies. Thanks to the rising mobility rate of its students and staff members and thanks to its participation to European and international cooperation projects ,the HENALLUX improves the quality of its own teaching programs. In total, 89 students took advantage of a mobility (62 for programs mobilities/ 27 for placement mobilities); 57 are female students and 32 are male students. 12 students come from families with social difficulties. The programs mobilities mainly happened in Finland, the United Kingdom , Denmark and the Netherlands. The placements took place in all Europe. These programs have enabled 90 % of the students to develop human skills (self-confidence / open-mindedness), cultural skills ( ability to cope with different values , customs etc and capacity to cooperate and work with people from different cultures) and professional skills ( team work). 30 staff members participated to a mobility program: (15 for a training mobility ? 15 for a teaching mobility) ; 22 are female and 8 are male participants. The missions were mainly done in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom. The staff mobilities have enabled about 90 of them to develop professional skills ( work satisfaction, acquisition of new skills and good practices).
