Mobility project for trainees. Objectives: personal, professional and cultural development in a European context within the workplace. 3 students of Higher Grade Childhood Education Activities: practices for two months in early childhood centers and nursery workers in France. The tasks developed are all linked to the care and child development, programming and monitoring of activities inside and outside the preschool classroom with children of 0-3 years. Results and impacts achieved: the project has been very positive for all the student and the sending and host institutions, as it has increased the professionalism of the student and a European awareness. Also, the sending and host institutions have strengthened partnerships for future projects within the Erasmus + program. Project staff mobility. Observation at different preschools (nursery, kindergarten, vocational training, and cultural center). Results and impacts achieved: the project has been very positive for the teachers as it has offered a comparison of education in the destination country and the sending country. It has also obtained contacts for future European projects.
