Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Along with quality assurance, internationalisation has been one of the priorities of TED University since its establishment. TEDU acknowledged the importance of the Erasmus+ Programme for the internationalisation of higher education institutions and applied for ECHE in March 2012, before it enrolled its first students. 2013-2014 was the first academic year of TEDU in the Erasmus+ Programme. In its strategic plan for 2013-2017, TEDU aims 15% of its students to gain international experience during their higher education. 2014-2015 was the first year, TEDU began to implement this aim. 11,4% of its students participated in student mobility (for studies and for placement). 10,4% of its administrative staff benefited from STT and 5.93% of the academics gave lectures at institutions with which TEDU has an agreement. In 2014-2015, 29 mobilities took place in total. 9 students from partner institutions studied at TEDU and 2 scholars visited as guest lecturers. In 2014-2015, TEDU increased the number of its bilateral agreements to 50. As internationalisation at home is one of its prominent goals, TEDU allocated some of its OS to host the Pre-AGM CNR and AGM of ESN and welcomed ESN members from all around Europe in April 2015.
