Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Generally, quantitative and qualitative objectives of the original project, as described in the grant agreement and the Bill Erasmus for higher education, have been achieved. In particular, we have noticed a growing interest on the part of outgoing students in mobility for studies, with a significant increase in applications. These are the numbers of mobility for the 2014/2015 academic year: 12 students in mobility for studies, 1 student in mobility for Traineeship, 5 teachers in mobility for teaching and 2 teachers in mobility for training. The Institution considers mobility and cooperation as one of the central element of its institutional policy and, for this purpose, intends to develop cooperation with EU partners and with countries outside the EU in the framework of a clear strategy for the internationalization; promote and support the mobility of students and staff and further develop non-discrimination policies by outlining a clear policy towards the development of integrated and transnational educational activities, stimulating the creation of courses, modules and plans of joint and double degrees later. The most important aims of our mobility operations are: Increase the levels of education in order to provide to graduates with a high level of training suited to European requirements, improve the quality and the relevance of higher education, enhance the quality through mobility and cross-border cooperation, connect higher education, re to the development and to regional excellence, improve the governance and funding. The participation to international projects is considered an important aspect for staff professional development as well as for the modernization of the institution. The impact of mobility on individuals and partecipants partners is so strong, that learning with a wider academic community is encouraged. This fact has created enthusiasm among students and professors, giving rise to a greater number of participants and reducing the number of drop-outs. The comparison with different cultural situations creates stimuli that improve programs and optimize teaching. The institution ensures the visibility of the activities and the project results. This is a priority in order to exploit and optimize the products in the institution itself.
