Higher education student and staff mobility project

Leader of the consortium: Lycée ITEC BOISFLEURY – EUROPE - 20 year expertise in placements management. Our consortium, existing for 5 year. involves 4 high schools (ITEC Boisfleury (La Tronche), Saint Louis Sant Bruno (Lyon), Saint Géraud (Aurillac), Saint Ambroise (Chambéry) which represent approximately 600 students. Created to mutualise expertise, resources and partnership between each structure, our 4 private schools are situated in different departments of France and cover the fields of business, communication and services at BTS level (Level III). We organize mobility for students (SMP) and mobility for staff (STA/STT) For the students aim is to realize an internship abroad so to combine work experience related to their training and develop skills and international experience. Each Partner has a managing and promoting role towards the students and the partners : - they have to tell the students about the ERASMUS grant, they have to give to each interested student a procedure established by the consortium, they have to select students, and give them a technical, linguistic and cultural preparation, they have to help students in finding receiving institutions, they have to check the description of the placement programme of each student, and if everything is in order before the student departure, Promoting the ERASMUS project in all their communication is a common goal for all Patner. We aim at mutualizing the grants, in order to be more efficient in their use between the four schools, ITEC Boisfleury ensuring the administrative part: setting up of the project, printing of the agreements, administrative and financial follow up, evaluation. ITEC Boisfleury is a coordinator and an administrative and financial administrator whose tasks are to elaborate the project with the 4 schools, to write the agreements between ITEC and the student and the institution which will receive the trainee, to ensure the follow up, and to activate the payments when the agreements have been signed by all the parts. An executive board takes the decisions for the consortium. Aroud 50 student réalize an intership.
