The ESDA is a small institution that has started the Erasmus program three years ago. The previous two years were carried out as implementation of the program an average of 6 students mobilities of SMS per project. The objectives for this project have been successfully completed, beginning student placement mobility SMT and mobility of teachers Training STT, and receiving first incoming students and teachers, with very beneficial results for the internationalization of our institution. Erasmus outgoing = 16 participants, 12 students (11 SMS + 1 SMT) and 4 teachers (4 STT) Erasmus incoming = 3 participants, 2 students (2 SMS / SMT) and 1 teacher (1 STA) The gender ratio among participants was 42% male and 58% female. Within 12 outgoing Erasmus students, 12% is less affluent students. Activities carried out: - Reception of Erasmus incoming 14-15 and tutor award for relief work and personal follow. - Monitoring of outgoing Erasmus 14-15 and updating the modified Learning Agreement with the coordinators of each specialty. - Preparation of the final report of the 2013-14 program. - Development and dissemination of the Erasmus Call for next year 15-16. - The ERASMUS DAY, 12 December 2014. An open meeting for all students and teachers in the hall of the ESDA. Previous program 13-14 participants presented their experiences, with text and images, and dialogue and sharing among participants and members of the educational community is generated. - Participation in the JORNADAS ERASMUS + of SEPIE, 16, 17 December 2014, by the coordinator of international relations for the ESDA. - Development of agreements for mobility of students of the 2nd half and hiring of supplemental medical insurance for participants outgoing Erasmus 14-15. - Evaluation of applications and resolution of candidates. Development process transparently published in the bulletin Erasmus ads and the website of the ESDA. - Application for the Erasmus scholarship to the ESDA, KA103 - Meeting with participants and personalized monitoring of the preparation of mobility. - Sending requests to target institutions. - The JORNADAS DE DISEÑO, 13, 14, 15 and 16 April 2015. A conferences, workshops and activities open, with very important figures in the design world, with the active participation of a teacher Erasmus incoming. - Working meeting of teachers of the department with Professor Erasmus incoming, to analyze and implement common projects between the two institutions. - Preparation of the interim report of the 2014-15 program. - Launch of English conversation sessions for teachers and other staff of the ESDA, as a linguistic support program. - Participation in the JORNADAS ERASMUS + of SEPIE, 16-17 June 2015, by the coordinator of international relations for the ESDA. - Development of agreements for mobility and hiring of supplemental medical insurance for participants outgoing, Erasmus teachers 14-15 and Erasmus students 15-16. - Study visit to a European institution and collaboration by an outgoing teacher, to establish a framework of possible new bilateral agreement. - Monitoring of outgoing Erasmus 14-15, review with the coordinators of each specialty grades and the completion of the transfer of ECTS credits to their academic records. - Information by the participants of the Erasmus teacher mobility experience in the faculty. - Dissemination and updating of the Erasmus program through the website of the ESDA. The program results and impact obtained have been very beneficial, not only for program participants but also for the entire educational community. - Program participants have obtained a change in study habits, improved technical skills and has mainly been a shift in attitude towards conflict resolution becoming more mature. - The rest of the educational community has also received the generated impact on participants and their contribution to new ways of working in the willingness to work on possible collaborative projects between institutions.
