Il progetto 2014-1-IT02-KA103-000047 che ha visto come benficiario il Conservatorio di Musica "F.Torrefranca" di Vibo Valentia è stato pianificato sulla base delle esperienze degli altri anni. Sono stati individuati i partner con i quali realizzare la cooperazione internazionale perfezionando gli IIA per l'intera durata del programma Erasmus +. Gli individui inizialmente interessati alla realizzazione del progetto sono stati cinque: uno studente, tre docenti ed un amministrativo con l'obiettivo di coinvolgere tutti i soggetti potenzialmente interessati alla mobilità. Le attività realizzate sono state tre: due STA per teaching rispettivamente presso la Royal Academy of Music di Londra ed il Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica di Madrid ed un STT per formazione linguistica presso l'ente SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona. L'impatto ed i risultati ottenuti sono stati eccellenti come evidenziato nei Mobility report che i beneficiari hanno compilato. Le mobilità dei due docenti hanno arricchito non solo le proprie competenze ma anche il prestigio internazionale e l'esperienza didattica del Conservatorio, la mobilità dell'unità amministrativa è stata fondamentale per il processo di internazionalizzazione del Conservatorio, poichè realizzata dal direttore amministrativo che ha capacità di coinvolgimento del personale amministrativo. The project 2014-1-IT02-KA103-000047 which saw as benficiary the Conservatory of Music "F.Torrefranca" of Vibo Valentia was planned based on the experiences of the other years. They have identified the partner with whom to implement international cooperation perfecting the IIA for the duration of the Erasmus +. The individuals initially interested in the project have been five: a student, three teachers and an administration with the aim of involving all the parties potentially interested in mobility. The activities carried out were three: two STAs respectively for teaching at the Royal Academy of Music in London and the Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica in Madrid and a STT to language training at the institution SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona. The impact and the results obtained were excellent as shown in Mobility report that benficiaries completed. The mobility of the two teachers have enriched not only their skills but also the international prestige and the teaching experience of the Conservatory, the mobility of the administrative unit has been central to the process of internationalization of the Conservatory, as implemented by the Administrative Director who has ability the involvement of the administrative staff.
