Higher education student and staff mobility project

This is our first ERASMUS + project and it has been a real success as we had the double of participants compared to the year before. There is a perfect balance between the mobilities for training and for studies. The new rules were not very clear at the beginning but once known, we had no problem to put them into practice. They are many possibilities of adjustments so it has been easy to adapt to many particular situations and also to optimize the global budget. The administrative part is still heavy, especially the original signatures need. The Mobility tool could also be improved as the Financial section doesn't give enough information concerning the errors and doesn't show clearly the transfers between categories. The Mobility Organisation funds have been really useful to add further amount to the mobility help but also to finance promotional activities.
