Higher education student and staff mobility project

Boleslaw Markowski Higher School of Commerce in Kielce has made effort to ensure the highest possible level to implement the strategy of internationalization through the mobility of students and staff with accordance to ECHE and EPS in the academic year 2014/15 . The aim is organization was to develop the mobility of students, their theoretical skills, practical knowledge, foreign languages ​​fluency and personel development. The development of internationalization is possible thanks to staff and teaching staff mobility who are completeing their teaching and training programs abroad and stay in contact with partners who are often more experienced and have more opportunities in their fields of study. In the academic year 2014/15 the beneficiaries of the Erasmus + ware 65 students and staff. We have organised 28 mobilities for student study, 6 mobilities for practical training, 14 for teaching and 17 for staff training. Our activities are focused on recruiting by encouraging , contacting students with others who have already participated in the project , to inform them about the Erasmus experiance. Our job is to and to ensure the quality of mobility is at the highest possible level, focus on preparation of mobility by creating the best possible LA, and work together with deans and lecturers to ensure seamless recognition of results from abroad documented iin Transcript of Records. The long-term benefits for our students and staff in the form of openness, greater self-confidence , which can be seen after meeting returning students, and most importantly the lack of language barriers should result in better utilization of capacity in the career development. The result is increased quality of education, generally better motivation for learning and knowledge of foreign languages, Internationalisation at home, or increased awareness and benefits for students who have not been away , but participated in classes with foreign teachers who arrived to carry out STA mobility. Lecturers of WSH raised the level of teaching in their classes, through the exchange of information and discussions with foreign partners abroad. Our administrative staff during training at other universities followed the work of their counterparts and talked about duties, work organisation, get to know computer software and tools, and implemented the changes at the home university. We know this from staff meetings which provide a platform to exchange experiences. In the long term ideas for new fields of education are born and opening up new areas. The university can adopt and adjust its offer to the changing world .
