The program brings many intangible benefits to those participating in it - mainly students but also university employees and employees of other institutions cooperating with universities. Participation in the exchange student is a great opportunity for each student and researcher to get to know the culture of another country, often experience the adventure of life, at the same time to facilitate closer cooperation between universities. Participation in the exchange student is welcome CVs and valued by employers - shows ambition and resourcefulness of the people and also the Erasmus is a real school of life - learning to cope in a foreign country, in the new conditions, certainly so it will be a great opportunity for this, to begin to boldly look to the future and take courageous decisions. Participation in Erasmus gives you a chance to gain new knowledge, which often is not available at Polish universities, additionally allows to master a new language - when abroad, we are still obliged to, to use the language of the country in which we live, possibly English The program in the academic year 2014/2015 has been fully implemented, Number of outgoing students from WSM in Warsaw to study in countries Programu- SMS - 4; Number of trips employees (support individual and journey together) - ST - 7; during all trips established new contacts with students and universities participating in the Erasmus program are listed experience as well as new opportunities have been created for further travel; Students and employees of scientific - teaching sznase had to learn new teaching methods combined with practical application of knowledge of English. The Erasmus was for our students and academics incredible chance to gain the required knowledge of the English language. Language competence in such away students expanded for better pronunciation, new colloquial vocabulary and listening skills.
