College of Slavonski Brod is an institution of higher education that focuses on providing a high quality of education and professional and scientific working conditions. Compliance implementation of the Erasmus + program with the regulations of the Erasmus University Charter is reflected in the terms which College provides for international cooperation and mobility of students and teaching staff. The College students are educated in a way that in the future able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the future practice. Through the Erasmus + program students have the opportunity through the work in the foreign companies to expand their perspective on a particular field which will greatly be benefited by returning to Croatia.College of Slavonski Brod planned individual mobility of 5 students and 3 teachers. On the basis of the competition, College of Slavonski Brod in the academic year 2014/2015. realized Erasmus individual mobility of 2 students and 3 teachers. College of Slavonski Brod didn't have any participants from disadvantaged backgrounds, participants with special needs, participants of recent graduates or invited staff from enterprises and that objectives were not satisfying. Both students (males) are from the department Management, and teachers are from 3 departments, one from Management, Horticulture and Mechanical engineering. Students went for a placement/intership for 2 months, and teachers for professional training- each for 5 days. All objectives have not been met completely because there were no students from another departments and because it did not achieve the planned and approved number of student mobility.Students went to Germany and Slovakia. By exchanging the Erasmus + program, students had the opportunity through the work of in host companies to expand their perspective and knowledge on a specific field and they have greatly benefit upon return to Croatia. As for teachers objectives were satisfying. Teachers went to Ireland, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Considering that is realized further cooperation with the institution teacher visited (writing joint papers) College of Slavonski Brod will have a long term benefit from this project. All teachers were held a presentation about their visit at a host institution with the aim that in the next academic year, someone else from the teacher visits that institution. Host institutions invited other teachers.They also proposed the writing of joint projects.
