Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT FINISHED

Situation : Overseas work placements for 10 students of BTS (equivalent HND) Hospitality and Catering Aims : Improvement of their technical, linguistic and cultural skills. Tasks performed : Cooking, waitering in restaurant room, hotel keeping (reception, housekeeping management...) Appraisal : The objectives have on the whole been reached for most students. Due to different kinds of host establishments, some students have mainly improved their technical skills, others their linguistic and cultural knowledge.
