Higher education student and staff mobility project

Erasmus+ Project is addressed to all academic teachers and students at State School of Higher Education in Che?m. The Eastern part of Poland that our school is situated, faces variety of shortages which stem from communist times. This deficiency can be encountered in education, implementation of new technology and innovations, economic and social life. It obviously results in arising barriers which are particularly revealed in diverse forms of communication and teaching and learning process. State School of Higher Education in Che?m supported mobility among academic teachers and students by giving thorough and practical pieces of information and a lot of advice. This assistance was also continued during their stay abroad. Furthermore, our office personnel came into communication with allied universities and other institutions where students had an opportunity to develop skills. Additionally, office personnel prepared all necessary documents (schedules, programmes and syllabuses) for Erasmus+ Project, which promote departures for academic teachers to improve their qualifications and for students to get the possibility of developing knowledge and practical skills. Undertaken steps in terms of mobility among academic teachers and students strengthened international cooperation realized by State School of Higher Education in Che?m. It can be concluded that experience gained in the programme of mobility brings great effects. Naturally, these are partnership, promotion, new academic relations, coordinate conferences and common scientific and didactic tasks. The programme of mobility appears to be a great source of information in the fields of culture, customs, formality and law. Gained knowledge aids in better preparation for further departures. All aims and purposes can be obtained due to appropriate organization, thorough information and instruction addressed to academic teachers, students and partners of allied universities. Promotion of mobility was led on two levels ? central and academic, and it included: -meetings at State School of Higher Education in Che?m - periodic consultations - websites - notice boards - electronic information package - posters, leaflets, booklets - direct contacts with future participants of the project Additionally, there was a possibility to contact and consult personally a coordinator of Erasmus + Project or office personnel from Monday to Friday. As for Erasmus+ Project, it was possible to invite newly allied universities and companies to cooperation with regard to subjects, courses and syllabuses held at State School of Higher Education in Che?m. Erasmus+ Project was and still is a great opportunity to integrate academic education end economy. Moreover, it helps to use potential of each individual effectively. International context of cooperation with business fulfils due to representatives of foreign companies visiting State School of Higher Education in Che?m. The above undertakings and actions strengthen the position of State School of Higher Education in Che?m and its academic community on European level in terms of quality, quantity and mobility. Needless to say, the programme offers unlimited prospects to educational and professional development for students in European countries. The final effect of the programme fulfilment was mobility of students and academic teachers of State School of Higher Education in Che?m. Two students went to allied university in Germany and one went to allied university in Slovakia. Six students had a chance to develop further practical skills also in Slovakia. As for academic teachers, they had a possibility to visit allied universities for academic, didactic reasons. Besides they participated in various courses. All in all, there were twelve departures organized mostly to Czech Republic and Slovakia. Members of all departures expressed their approval of new experience, skills and competence gained in allied universities, which they eagerly shared with academic community at State School of Higher Education in Che?m. Finally, they strongly recommended taking part in Erasmus+ Project on all counts.
