The project joins the international policy of the school Maximilien led for a long time. After a strong implication with our Chinese partner, European partnerships were established, allowing every year to send from 5 to 18 students a year to mobility in Europe since 2006. This year, the ERASMUS+ program allowed to commit us in the mobility of staff, and we received a foreign student in ingoing mobility. The objectives are multiple and concern the improvement of the employability of the students, the improvement of their social, professional and linguistic skills, we also developed the cooperation between establishments, increased the number of mobilities which had fallen for several years, exported the skills of our students where their trainings were missing. We carried out 10 outgoing mobilities of students' internship in short cycle and 2 mobilities of staff in training. These mobilities improved the quality of the training of the students and of the staff, their technical, social skills and their capacity of integration. They also have improvement the quality of the teaching in the long term within the sending organisation regarding co-teaching language / technique.
