CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT Our High School provides Vocational Training, in the fields of Logistics Management, Financial Management and Early Childhood Education. For those Degrees mentioned, the participation in European programs is very important in order to obtain professional practice in other countries and then, incorporate it into their work performance (innovation). That is why, our High School has been participating in the Erasmus program since the 2011-2012 academic year. Vocational Training in Spain offers the possibility of incorporating job mobility in European companies to get the corresponding degree. GOALS: Performing such training in European companies has the same academic validity as if they were made in companies in Spain. Getting a European dimension of our higher degree Vocational Training with mobility of students and teachers of the degrees offered in this High School. Getting the knowledge and developing in different European employment settings. Improving the language level of the participants.
