The school Jean Jaurès is committed for several years to promote international mobility as part of his training in higher technical section "Assistant Manager". The educational part of this training allows to organize an international situation in training period. Frequented by students from less favored social classes, training issues, employability and mobility appear particularly crucial to help students plan their future after graduation. The strategy of the institution's policy to promote the feasibility of mobility in educational and financial level. Two indicators show the relevance of the project, the number of departing international internship, and the ever increasing number of mobility in Europe. To increase the readability of training and compliance training with the European training framework, ECTS are issued to validate each step of the training. The professional growth of students during their international training is especially beneficial and rewarding professional actions presented in the review.
