The ECTS implementation of educator training Children and Young Educator Specializing in ADES was based on an evolution of training taking into account the necessary transition to higher education practices open to mobility, to discover new partnerships at European and international level, and in compliance with professional features training in social work, based on alternating on the complementary balance of academic and practical, and organized by the training standards. This project aims to continue the listing of ADES in an opening for professional practices skins borders to question the usual way in France and question the evolution of social work. This is to allow our social formations students to do their second or third year internship in a very different cultural, economic and social context of their usual universe, requiring a step back helps to consolidate their professional approach . Internship options to various audiences of the socio-educational action are thoughts directly related to the training course each candidate to promote a comparative reflection on working methods. 3 participants, 2 students training ES, 1 student in 2nd year and 3rd year 1 and only 1 student in ECE training in 2nd year benefited from an ERASMUS grant. Description activities of Mr BOUSCARRUT Aljoscha (GERMANY): -Participation To the different meeting time -Development Of the users' curriculum -Animation Of training workshops for social skills groups and individual -Execution To a user of the skills assessment tests -Supervision Entertainment and sporting and cultural outings -Driving Individual interviews especially on the theme of acceptance of the diagnosis among young users. Description activities of Mr Alexis de Fondaumière (SPAIN): -Know, Through visits, separate actions socio-educational intervention of associations and organizations -Participation In socio-cultural activities for users: music workshops, training activities on the project, -participation From classes on basic training -Accompagner And rely on the organization and management of the association and the project ELKARGUNE EUZARAN Realization of training activities responsible: French, rugby workshop, musical activities Description PIC activities of Mrs. Eloise (GERMANY): - Accompaniment of the games during the long time of recreation and Monitoring - Coaching and support groups during sports classes - Observation time and participation in class life in the English section - Hosting and support during hygiene and meal time - Reflection and adjustment team of educational and relational practices within the French class - Establishment of sports and cultural activities (establishment of a choreography ...) - Contact with families around daily connections - Reflection and implementation of the bridge project between the multilingual nursery and kindergarten In terms of results, the project has allowed these three students to confront the conditions of life, cultures and remote intervention practices of their familiar world. They were able to develop a reflection in a comparative perspective that questions the action commonly practiced in France and can inspire innovation. In return, they were able to communicate with their counterparts in rewarding discoveries and questions, especially regarding creativity in the absence of means or the relationship between professionals and users, less vertical in several countries in France Furthermore, 4 advantages emerge from the experience: -Perfectionnement A foreign language in an environment and context of aid relationships require a clear understanding of the language of the destination country -Appropriation New and transferable skills in their daily practice in France -Development Of adaptability in terms of technical, financial and educational that differ from country -Acquisition For students to professional practice articulating individual interventions and group interventions, fostering a renewed approach to local social development The development of professional experience in the overseas training has impacted students from 3 to 3 levels: -quality construction professional writings -Construction of a more successful professional positioning intellectual and cultural -opening which strongly supported a professional building reflection
