Higher education student and staff mobility project

This Erasmus+ mobility project has supported 117 participants in mobility activites abroad. Students have been abroad doing both studies and traineeships and staff have been abroad and invited, too, doing teaching and training activities. Many competences have been gained along the way, both in terms of improved language competences but also personal and professional competences not otherwise possible to gain at the national level. As a result, students' and staff's learning outcomes, adressing the European agenda of a mobile labour market, have been supported. The skills of the participants have been improved. Also the university college has strived to fullfill the Bologna goal of 20 % outgoing students.
