La Escuela Superior de La Rioja (ESDIR) ha realizado este proyecto en el marco del programa Erasmus + dentro de la Acción Clave 1: Movilidad de las personas por motivos del aprendizaje, con una duración de 16 meses, desde 01/06/2014 al 30/09/2015. Inicialmente se adjudicaron 35.300 euros, pero la adjudicación final de fondos fue mayor, ya que alcanzó los 43.345 euros. El resultado final es muy satisfactorio, ya que observamos que seguimos creciendo en número de movilidades, aunque tenemos que reforzar las movilidades de estudiantes para prácticas y las movilidades de personal. Nos parece una prioridad y, para tal fin, consideramos que tenemos que trabajar. La satisfacción de nuestros alumnos es muy grande y la aportación que se hace a la Escuela es grande en ambas direcciones: inbound y outbound. Los alumnos outbound terminan sus estudios con una preparación más completa en el sentido de abierta a otros puntos de vista y visiones europeas, y los alumnos inbound aportan sus diferentes experiencias, su método de trabajo y el uso del idioma inglés, lo cual ayuda a internacionalizar los estudios. Esto ocurre de igual manera con las movilidades de profesores. Destacamos la experiencia de nuestra Project Week, que es una semana internacional de talleres de diseño a la cual invitamos a todos nuestros socios, y a la cual siempre acuden estudiantes y profesores. La experiencia es muy positiva y se repite todos los años. Queremos implementar (y estamos haciéndolo en estos momentos) un servicio de acompañantes a los alumnos Erasmus inbound para que se sientan más integrados al llegar al país y puedan recibir ayuda y consejo de estos estudiantes voluntarios. En cuanto a nuestros socios, la relación es estrecha, la comunicación es fluida y continuamos con todos nuestros acuerdos inter-institucionales, incluso los hemos ampliado. Para el proyecto del 2016 estamos estableciendo contactos a nivel internacional, con universidades americanas (Norte, Centro y Sur) y chinas, sin olvidar mantener y ampliar nuestros acuerdos en Europa, ya que nos interesa aumentar los socios en el campo del Diseño de Moda. La información sobre el programa Erasmus + es continua dentro y fuera de la Escuela a lo largo de todo el proyecto, en Claustros, reuniones con alumnos y profesores y página web fundamentalmente, a donde se suben muchas de las experiencias vividas. Destacamos algunos de nuestros alumnos outbound e inbound que se han quedado en el país (en ESpaña o en el extranjero) tras la movilidad. The Higher Education Design School of La Rioja (ESDIR) has carried out this project in the frame of the Erasmus + programme under the key 1 Action: Learning mobilities of individulas with a duration of 16 months from 01/06/2014 to 30/09/2015. The initial budget was 35,300 euros, but the final amount was bigger, reaching 43,345 euros. The final result is very satisfactory, since we note that we go on increasing in the number of mobilities, though we think we have to enhance the number of both mobilities of students for traineeships and the staff mobilities. We consider it a piority and we think we must work in that direction. Our students satisfaction is high and the benefits for the School are big in both direction: inbound and outbound. The outbound students finsih their studies with a more complete preparation because it is more open-up to different points of view and European visions, and the inbound students share with us their different experiences, working methods and the use of the English language, which helps internationalize our studies. This can also be applied to staff mobilities. We highlight the experience of our Project Week, which is a Workshop International Week to which we invite all our partners and which is always attended by some of their professors and students. The experience is very positive and is repeated each year. We want to implement (and we are working on it at the moment) a service of "Buddies", who accompany the inbound Erasmus students in order for them to feel welcomed on arriving in the country and receive help and advice from these volunteers. As for our partners, the relationship is close, communication is fluid and we keep on with all our inter-institutional agreemnts, having even increased them. For Project 2016 we are establishing contacts on an international level with American (Northern, Central and Southern) and Chinese universities, without forgetting to enhance our European agreements, since we are interested in increasing them in the field of Fashion Design. The information about the Erasmus + programme is continuous inside and outside the School throughout the project, in the Professor Board meetings, students' meetings, and the webpage mainly, where we upload a lot of experiences gone through. We point out that some of our outbound and inbound students have remained in the country (in Spain or abroad) after the mobilities.
