The goals of the project were to allow students and staff members to benefit from a mobillity period in a cultural and linguistic context different from the context of their home institution. The intended goals were different for each participant : - to improve the practice of a foreign language - to discover a different teaching or working culture - to enrich their resume with an international experience 5 students and 2 staff members went abroad: - 2 students mobilities for studies - 3 students mobilties for internship - 1 staff mobility for training - 1 staff mobility for teaching All students have passed their studies / internship period and have / will obtain ECTS credits, recognised by their home institution. The students have improved their practise of the English language et have experienced new methods of learning / working. The staff members have forged stringer links with the partner institution that has received them, and they could talk about their home institution to the foreign students, in order to encourage them to come for a mobility. The long-term benefits are an enhanced relationship between the home and host institutions, and for the participants a better intercultural understanding as well as a better resume, which will enable them to get employed more easily.
