Higher education student and staff mobility project

From 2006 Accademia di belle Arti di Brescia SantaGiulia has worked for promoting youth mobility. Accademia SantaGiulia is a school of Fine Arts and has created nine schools (Bachelor and Master Degrees) such as Painting, Sculpture, Set Design, Decoration (curricula Artistic Decoration and Interior Design) Graphic Design, Web and Communication for business, Didactics for Museum, New Technologies and Restoring. We elaborated bilateral agreements with Fine Arts schools and Universities dislocated in Spain, France, Belgium, Poland, Great Britain and we are looking for new partners aimed to increase of students and teachers involved in mobility abroad. We have particularly projects in the field of youth mobility (outbound and inbound) and we realized some projects in the field of tachers and staff mobility (we hosted teachers and staff coming from Poland and Spain and we realized specific workshops in the field of Set Design and Interior Design courses addressed to Accademia SantaGiulia students. All candidates features for participating to Erasmus program are: - Grades average awarded:27/30 - Good knowledge in English or other European language - Awarded all exams included in their syllabus first year. - Motivational presentation After this first selection, we met all students admitted and we introduced them what they elaborated to present their application form to Receiving Institution. We described the school where they had to apply for, all courses and all documents to elaborate such as motivational letter, curriculum vitae and portfolio. Moreover we explained all procedures to individuate all courses to put in their learning agreement. After the acceptance from foreign schools concerning the admittance for Accademia SantaGiulia students , we met all participants and we better explained: - the Erasmus grant and the grant agreement - the learning agreement - the insurance policy (the school created a specific insurance for all students who participated to Erasmus program as request to Erasmus+ program) - all contacts and details to Erasmus referents related the Foreign school where ours students are accepted. For the academic year 2014/2015 we involved four students coming from these courses: Graphic Design Course (Bachelor) and Interior & Urban Design (Master). Students enrolled at Graphic design course were selected as followed: 1 student went to Escuela Superior de Diseno de la Rioja 1 student went to Escuela de Arte 10 (Madrid) 1 student went to E.Geppert Academy in Wroclaw (Poland) Student enrolled at Interior and urban Design participated to Erasmus program at E.Geppert Academy in Wroclaw (Poland). Concerning the students enrolled at Graphic design course, their Erasmus program participation took place during the winter semester (From September 2014 until February 2015)the student enrolled at interior & urban Design participated to Erasmus plus program during the spring semester (From February 2015 until June 2015). Concerning the learning agreement, all students obtained all credits decided before the departure.
