The objective of this project is to enhance the international cooperation capacity between European and Turkey universities and especially Kars, where we are here in through the mobility at short, first, second and third degrees and through the improvement of the transparency and recognition of studies and qualifications. It will promote the establishment of joint research programmes, thus contributing to the sustainability of cooperation among partners and improving university staff skills and qualifications. It will contribute to the development of Kafkas University in remote areas and to the provision of further education and research facilities with potential groups.
