Quality in mobility & mobility for quality in teacher training education primary. Due to the policy plan of the Interactum university of applied sciences Katholieke Pabo Zwolle (KPZ) internationalisation is a main objective and integrated part of the curriculum. The policy plan internationalization KPZ 2011-2016 is aimed at making internationalization an integral part of the complete training programme regarding the teacher education primary. Division tasks: In general the International Officer (IO) will stimulate all mobility in cooperation with the management team KPZ. The work process going abroad for student, teacher or staff is conducted by IO ( information, administration, nominating grants) and coordinators (checking necessity, quality check and transfer ECTS) If it comes to mobility there is a significant increase of numbers of staff mobility cohort 2013-2014 11 mobility’s cohort 2014-2016 17 mobility’s. Consolidation of cooperation with Vives Belgium, Linsköping Sweden and PHST in Austria are examples of it. Collaboration with a new partner in Finland Oulu shows also an example for exchange in teacher training approaches and exploring possibilities for internship students. Participants of this mobility published articles in journals for education and supported students to study in Finland in future. Activities for collaboration with the Britannia teaching school alliance undertaken leads to a more intensive cooperation with Derby University in years 2015, 2016. For student mobility there is noticeable a stability cohort 2013-2014 12 students, the cohort 2014-2016 10 students. Information about Erasmus+ helps to make the right choices for students regarding mobility, but destinations outside of EU still are favorited by students. The emphasis on studying and placements in the EU will show an increase in mobility due to a better monitoring of the process in the EU.
