The partners’ mission is to improve the preservation of old buildings and develop partnerships between stakeholders in the cross-border area.To create an ideal living environment, the project partners take action to preserve and upgrade old buildings.After finding out about the architectural heritage in the area, they share this knowledge with owners of remarkable buildings. Local residents and stakeholders are also made aware of the value of the architecturalheritage and of restoration techniques for old buildings. They are also involved in the preservation and promotion of architectural heritage.To improve the quality of the restoration works, the partners offer theoretical and practical training in traditional restoration techniques to the various stakeholders involved in the restoration of old buildings. This also improves the quality of the restorations. The partners also promote good renovation practices among skilled workmen, architects and the local population.
