In our school, there are lot of students from vulnerable groups such as health problems, different kinds of disabilities, familiy problems, inappropriate living conditions and hiperactivity. Recently, inclusive education is used extensively in our education system. These students need much more individualised education than the other students. Changing education paradigms force teachers, trainers, educators to make individualised plans especially for the students who are from vulnerable groups and having inclusive education to keep the students active during lessons. Unfortunately, most of the teachers don't have enough competence to provide such educational environment to the students because of the lack of in-service trainings. When we observe developed countries, we see that they overcome this stiuation by using different kinds of methods. In those countries teachers can give appropriate time for the students who need individual training support during the lesson without hindering the needs of the other students. Moreover these students are supported with extra cirrucular training activities.Insufficient techniques and class practices effect the succes of the education negatively. To prevent the negative effects, the students must be analyzed and trained individually. It will be a wrong step to try to educate the students with the techniques and methods being applied to normal students. The materials and classroom practices must be prepared according to the level and needs of these students. Furthermore, teachers should be very active in the training of the students who need special and individualized education. Unfortunately such an educational environment can not be created for the students who need special and individualized education by the teachers because of the lack of competences related with insufficent in service trainings being offered to the teachers. Eventually this situation inspired us to prepare this Project to support and give opportunities to our teachers to learn, to see and to observe the new innovative tehniques and good classrom practices and to improve their competences. The teachers will adapt their recently gained experiences to our local practices to create the most convenient educational environment to the students. The teachers will also get the chance to behold different cultures and people, to visit new places, to make new friends, to develop their language abilities and to have European culture. All the activities done will help to enrich at the initial phase to the teachers, then their immediate surroundings and distant surroundings. After the mobility, local practices and dissemination activities will be started. School and classromm practices will take the place then the practices which will be realized in our neighbourhood will be the second part. With all these activities the results will be in use by the teachers, trainers, educators and the people who are related with the education of the students who needs special attention. Our Project will be a good example to the people, to the schools and the organisations in case of preparation of such projects. The result will be free to everyone and the documents will be used to improve the competences of the teachers in our neighbourhood. Also they will get the chance to widen their European culture and citizenship perspective.The importance of our Project could be understood better if it was checked the priorities in EU 2020 Strategy in the phares "To design and implement programmes to promote social innovation for the most vulnerable, in particular by providing innovative education, training opportunities to enable them to take full advantage of their potential".
