Heartcore was a 5-day long training course for 26 youthworkers, community workers and trainers from 9 different countries (SK, CZ, BE, GR, HU, IT, AU, RO, ISR). It will took place in Žilina, Slovakia in the following dates: 13. - 19. 8. 2015
The main aim of Heartcore training course was to raise capacity of partner organizations in dealing with conflicts, support of young people on their way to fight the challenges of a time: unemployability, cultural prejudices, lack of interest in public affairs and governance, different kinds of addictions.
Youth workers from participating organization adopted new methods of nonformal education, especially method of Council. By learning non-violent way of communication, they are now more capable to effectively support young people and their personal growth.
