HEALTHY SPORT IN BULGARIA
Start date: May 2, 2016, End date: Dec 1, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

This project provided from the 8th to the 18th August 2016, is a continuation of two youth exchanges organised in August 2014 and August 2015, around amongst others, sport and healthy living practices. This year, we wish to achieve a coherent project where the previous exchange will be brought together: 30 young people from three nationalities - Bulgaria, France and Germany, which will focus on accessing: -healthy living through food and daily practices.-the discovery of different injuries that may be caused by some sports,-First Aid Through these various themes addressed, we aim to: -strengthen and create links between all the participants, by the discovery of other cultures by joint effort and community life -to develop the young peoples useful skills such as: know how to prepare and follow a route, know how to locate on a map, learn to live in a group, share ideas and discover other cultures, addressing the essential concepts of First Aid-to develop and engage multiculturalism in sport but also in the involvement in daily lifeWe will address other topics such as:-junk-food, obesity or conversely malnutrition (under nutrition)-to inform the young people about the various injuries linked to certain sports practices-the abuse of sport (doping, abusive practices, match rigging, corruption etc……)However, it is also important to highlight:-the sport and healthy practices in daily lifeIt has equally emerged that the knowledge and first aid practices are totally different from one country to another, from some countries with good knowledge of a school education with others who have no concept of such, if they do not by themselves via personal training. During this exchange, we hence wish to address the differences of cultural viewpoints but also in practice: first aid workshops organised by each country will therefore be put in place.
