Healthy Languages

Getting the message across – language skills for doctor and patient : The Healthy Languages project is confronting communication problems in the healthcare sector faced by foreign healthcare professionals and foreign patients. Across Europe, health care systems differ, but all face the costs of inefficient treatment where communication is inadequate. This project deals with it at a professional and general level. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
