The role of animal products in human nutrition increases the importance of animal health. When you cannot provide animal health, there occurs serious product loss due to the animal diseases, it affects negatively human health. Also, the potential of export related to animal and animal products diminishes. Diyarbak?r is kind of a door for the entrance of epidemic animal diseases. Animals brought illegally from Syria and Iran enters to our country from Southeast Anatolian Region and spread to across the country. There is the need of increase in professional competence of veterinarians in the issues such as animal diseases notification system of and control measures, monitoring diseases and abolishing them, definition of animals and prediction regarding animal movement in fight against the animal diseases. Our veterinarians having more equipment will contribute the development of local and country livestock; and conduce to reach European livestock standards. On the other hand, our country has the best climate conditions for viticulture, that?s why; grape farming is among the agricultural activities for centuries. According to official records, our country?s viticulture has lost around its 7% in terms of field and production (H.ÇEL?K 2013). The main reasons are that our farmers cannot leave old methods fight against vineyard diseases and malign. 53 kinds of grape grow in our city; viticulture takes an important role in agricultural activities. In that point, agricultural engineers giving education and consultancy service for farmers take the most responsibility. Engineers will monitor enterprises in Europe regarding diagnosis and treatment of diseases. With these courses, European good agricultural application can be made in our country, with these innovations there will be increase in the capacity of job, and more qualified services for farmers. With the Europe experience, their vision will be broaden, and comprehend European consciousness.
