Intensive care,partially or totally nonfunctional place of the function of the organ or organ system and temporarily filling the basic causes of the disease to be treated is all of the methods used.Nurses in this units are obliged to extend the period of patients life using the opportinities given them ,regardless of whether it is possoible or not the treatment of disease. The experiences in this field gained by nurses are continuing to be the only criteria , however,to specialize in this area ,can not be held trainings that provided standardization in Europe and our country’s of size.Therefore ,on this issue of health sector employment gap is increasing every year. Our project’s name is designated as ‘’ Living a Step Further’’,in our Project applications ,giving weight to evidence-based approaches to be developed new approches on these issues and used in order to the highest level of benefit for patients with life –threatened individuals in the centers where found a large number of life saving technological tools will be provided to teach our participants. The aim of our Project in the field of health,professsioal education of secondary school students in the learning process by giving place to the intensive care training and practice is to gain a new dimension in vocational training and our schools’;multilingualism and European citizenship with items that will appeal to the labor market in Europe and our country is to contrubite to a labor force. Our Project has a total of 12 months between 01/09/2014 – 01/09/2015.Our participants’ age ranges are between 14-17 years and they consist of our school and our local partners nursing area’s 45 students and 2 companions.Our Project has gathered four health vocational high school in our province under the same roof.Our foreign partners are determined Lithuania Utena College and Latvia Daugavpils Medical College.Mobility activities and trainings’ plan is planned to be 4 weeks between the dates of 11/04/2015 and 10/05/2015 following consultation with our overseas partners.On the determination of this period and implementation plan study abroad are based on Ministry of Health Intensive Care Practice Guidelines. With this Project, our participants is planned to develop their professional and social competencies.Determination of increased qualifications are based on Europe Strategy Principles for Lifelong Learning European Qualifications Framework references and 2020 Smart,Sustainable Inclusive Growth. Our activities will take place in three stages. Preparation: Intensive Care Nursing Theory Education, foreign language courses, cultural and social information. Mobility: Intensive Care Nursing Skills Training, cultural and social activities, and product design activity.Conclusion: Assessment of our project’s educational outcomes, dissemination studies, awarded that product design activities,presentation of awarded products to the TUBITAK Project competition and to be ensured that outcomes sustainability in our trainings. Our educational activities and events will be held in the framework of the planned ,open to collaboration, student-centered, based on theoretical and practice. We can illustrate our project outcomes as; Intensive Care Practicing Training Program, education materials, achievement certificates given at the end of our training, participants' professional and personal development of skills and experience, intensive care participant application forms, product design competition outcomes, activities’ photos and videos. In the short term, the education of our participants have received during our project serving the health care industry in the sector of professional skills in the intensive care unit can be seen with satisfaction. In parallel with this, the health of our participants in the labor market of human resources job application documented competencies gained from our projects, our participants would get to the front row at what level will be determined. After being employed in the business performances of our participants; vital and deadly treatment success in patients at risk of the formation of our project is the building block. In the long term,in the Health Professions High Schools, the Intensive Care Training Program according to the health sector and health professions education needs will be offered to provided with the official ways to the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education. Which will add a new dimension to vocational training Intensive Care Training Program; health care sector and to the training of qualified and equipped personnel in the job market will contribute to the satisfaction of the need for a staff.
