The Having a New Dynamic Life through Employment Grundtvig project intends to develop rehabilitation strategies for our target group to acquire social skills which enable them to access to a new personal, familiar, social and work life.Our target group consists of inmates, former inmates and unemployed people.We intend to reach our aims mainly through: training sessions for both learners and teachers or staff involved; interchange of best practices regarding rehabilitation; cooperation between involved institutions; design a resource guide, a personal portfolio, and a best practice manual.The partner institutions will develop these strategies according to their own real social context, by adapting the general project purposes and sharing their experiences with the rest of the partners through mobilities: interchange and evaluation sessions.
